A bite guard is a soft, transparent, and removable plastic appliance that you typically wear at night. It helps prevent further damage caused by grinding or clenching your teeth.
In contrast, we make sport gumshields from a harder plastic material. They come in various colours and patterns and protect your teeth and mouth from potential injuries during physical activity or contact sports.

I grind my teeth together and this causes a lot of headaches. Can a biteguard cure my problem?
Yes, if your headaches are the result of grinding and clenching your teeth, bite guards can help to reduce the tension.
I play sports and I worry about my teeth. How do I get a sport gumshield?
As with a bite guard, we will need to take one impression taken from your teeth, the gumshield will then be made for you within a few weeks.
How do I book an appointment?

How soon can I get an appointment?
Within a few days (depending on availability).
How do I pay for my consultation/treatments?
We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards in the practice.
